RDC has maintained their Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialists designation since 2007and are tested every two years on the latest Windows Small Business Server products.

Robert is the President of RDC Networks. He specializies in Cisco Unified Communications, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Exchange Server and Windows Server technologies. Robert currently holds several certifications including Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and CCNA.
Prior to, RDC, Robert was a trainer for the Compumaster division of Skillpath Seminars for 13 years, training business individuals on Windows Server, Linux, Windows Operating Systems and Cisco.
Carol Thomson-Duvall is the Vice-President of RDC Networks. Carol specializes in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Small Business Servers, Cloud-Computing, Microsoft Office, Simply Accounting and Quickbooks installations. Carol also provides corporate training on Windows and Office products.
Carol is a Certified Cisco Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Sales Specialist in Desktop SMB, Desktop Enterprise, Messaging, Small Business Windows Intune and Server Platform.
Carol also founded and holds the current position of Chairperson of the Milton Business Connections ("MBC") a networking and referral group which meets at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at Ned Devine's Irish Pub, 575 Ontario Street South, Milton, Ontario,
Prior to RDC, Carol spent many years as a Senior Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding Industry before joining RDC as a full-time certified I.T. Technician in 2009.
